When to Reach Out

It can be hard to know when to ask for help. If you or someone you care about is experiencing any of the following, please reach out to one of the services above:

  • Thoughts of suicide or self-harm
  • Feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or unable to cope
  • A sudden crisis or traumatic event
  • Concern for the safety of a child or vulnerable person
  • Experiencing or at risk of family or domestic violence

You do not need to be in immediate danger to call a helpline. These services are there for anyone who is struggling and needs someone to talk to. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

About Our Practice

Inside Out Psychology provides scheduled psychological appointments and is not a crisis service. If you need immediate support, please contact one of the helplines listed above.

For non-urgent enquiries about our services, you are welcome to get in touch.
