- Clinical records are stored securely in Halaxy, our practice management system, which uses encryption and secure Australian-based servers
- Electronic records are protected by encryption and password-protected access
- Any physical records (if applicable) are kept in locked storage with restricted access
- Access to your information is limited to authorised personnel involved in your care
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information held by us
- Request corrections to any information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date
- Withdraw consent for information sharing at any time (noting this may affect our ability to coordinate your care)

Record Retention
In line with the Psychology Board of Australia's guidelines and legal requirements, we retain clinical records for the following minimum periods:
- Adult clients – a minimum of 7 years from the date of the last entry
- Child clients – until the client turns 25, or 7 years from the date of the last entry, whichever is longer
After the retention period has passed, records are securely destroyed.
Website Privacy
Our website does not collect personal information unless you voluntarily submit it through our contact form. When you use the contact form, we collect only the information you provide (such as your name, email, and message) for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
We may use Google Analytics to collect anonymised, aggregated usage data (such as pages visited and time on site) to help us improve the website experience. This data does not identify you personally.
Complaints
